- Return Eligibility:
To be eligible for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
a. The item(s) must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
b. The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on opened or partially consumed products.
- Return Process:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
a. Contact our customer service team at alicemushroomschocolate@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
b. Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
c. Package the item(s) securely, along with a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation, and write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
d. Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm that they meet the return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.
- Exchanges:
If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team at alicemushroomschocolate@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the damaged or defective item(s) at no additional cost to you.
- Exceptions:
Please note that our refund policy does not cover the following situations:
a. Normal wear and tear
